NLP certification by YOU in Singapore — Jason NG — Monday, March 15, 2004

Hi Sue,

I have a lot of confidence in your application of NLP to the business context and is intrigued with your vast experience in applying NLP in the corporate world...and you wouldn't mind enlightening me in two of my concerns, would you?:) 1) Will you be conducting any certification course in Singapore? If you are,GREAT, I would like to join in. If not, this may not be relevant, but if you need a company to be your point of contact here in order to establish your foothold here, feel free to let me know.:)

2) I have realised that the bulk of your ideas surround self and group empowerment and excellence modelling, how about a course or book to show NLP's other applications in areas like persuasive sales and negotiation advantage? (yes, i know these areas are on the gray side of things, but hey, what if we are congruent about it but lack the tools?:)

Thanks a lot.

Your FAN in Singapore,

Jason Ng Director of Investments Complete Group Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Sue's Answer

Dear Jason, thank you so much for your mail and for your comments and confidence in what I do. I don't know if you realise that I have a workbook on Personal Selling Skills - it is something that I have used to back up a Personal Selling Skills workshop that I have run and I would be very happy to send you a copy if you would like one. It is not a book and as I say was designed as back up to a course.

I am indeed planning to do something in Singapore and we are planning and thinking about my 'World Tour' next year in which I hope that Singapore will play a big part. I am copying this mail to one of my colleagues who is likely to be the person who organises this along with my PA Pat Naylor. I will also copy it to Ashok my contact in India as he has made several contacts in Singapore and might also be involved in the organising of a future event but we might very well take up your offer and thank you very much for it.

I have no doubt that we will stay in touch and I wish you success and fulfilment.

Yours very sincerely,

Sue Knight
