Could you please give me some tips as too how to identify a persons dominant preference in the early stages of meeting them. Thanks |
| Sue's Answer |
Dear Sian, if you are referring to their filters in particular then their sensory filters you can pay attention to their physiology, their eye movements, their language. However I would stress that their preference might change and that is the value of NLP - rather than putting someone into a box in terms of a label you stay sensitive to what is true for you and them. However some clues for each sensory filter are:- Visual
Auditor
Feelings
You can find a comprehensive set of clues in most introductory NLP books Hope that helps you achieve your goal. Best wishes, Sue Knight |
