| Limits of NLP — Xu — Saturday, August 16, 2003 |
Hi there, I am a boy at my teenage years presently. Having being introduced to this field a year ago, I found NLP to be of help to my studies and had also help me set my goals in life, however, I had since been learning NLP myself only through the pages found in NLP books, for NLP courses seems to have a barrier for age. My questions is, does age do matters when learning something like NLP ? |

Dear Xu, thank you so much for your mail. No it absolutely doesn't matter in fact I think that it is very desirable for NLP to be included as part of the school curriculum. I think that children very naturally model which is what NLP is all about but some of the schooling methods tend to train this out of youngsters. I think that it is great that you are studying NLP now and like languages I find that young people have a natural ability for some of the ways of thinking so I wish you very well in your learning now and in your success for the future. Best wishes, Sue Knight |
