| what is the next step after meditation? — Randy — Thursday, July 01, 2004 |
Hi Sue, I've been meditating for approximately a year now, I have really trained myself to focus on thinking and experiancing present situations. I am also intrested in becoming a practitioner. Everyday I come home, I meditate usually about 15 - 40 minutes, I feel that I'm doing currently great. I am just curious after I have meditated enough, what should I do next, and do I choose if I want to start using white or black magic, or is it just my role of thinking? Randy Gregory |

Dear Randy well there is no ‘next step’. Usually meditation in most disciplines is such that it does not form part of a plan but is the next step in itself. I am not the expert on this though as that is not in essence NLP. And it is not the aspect of faith that draw on as my source of strength is prayer. But I am sure that there are many people out there who could advise you and I think that many would say what I said at the start that meditation is an end in itself. I find that prayer is just that in that it is a process of thanking, asking but especially listening. If we do draw on NLP then the next step would depend on your outcome. So what do you really want? Warm regards, |
