Programme for the 2 days
You can expect this two days to be interactive, practical with lots of personal feedback on your influencing style. We do not work to a fixed agenda as the emerging style is the one that we favour in building relationships too. So we aim to be an example of what we present. However you can expect to experience the following themes:-
- Setting compelling well formed outcomes for you and your business
- Building rich relationships
- Humour as an influencing style
- Recognising your clients key criteria
- Eliciting influencing strategies
- Developing an aligned state for yourself and yoru business
- The use of questions and the structure of language that supports success
- Learn how to 'work' in a way that is stress free, fun, personal and creative
- Use the different 'levels' of influence
- Model excellence with NLP
And the 2 days will be packed with feedback of many sorts. We will use a personal coaching style on a group basis for our time together and we expect to have fun!
Format
The programmes is 2 days starting at 0930 each day and ending at 5. There is supporting material and we will remain in touch beyond the programme to address any follow up questions you may have.
