Years ago I wrote this article 'Selling is dead - long live relationships' and I believe and experience this increasingly in these turbulent times. We are surrounded by online social networks and it is no coincidence that this is the way that work and the world has moved. We are increasingly in a position where the way that we choose to connect with others impacts our reputation on a global scale if we wish it do so. And this is a huge opportunity in the way that we can build and develop our business and more importantly the very nature of that business.
