“Sue, you have a kind of Magic. The unstructured approach works for me and I added as much structure as I needed. The journey to and from the house was filled with thoughts, ideas, challenges, questions and lots more. The days' content drove these thoughts and little by little they started to sort themselves out - and they still are. In two words - completely brilliant.” More…

“For me I liked the unstructured structured way of the training, in that it was flexible to meet whatever came out of the day but also structured to that the key points were covered…As always I trust in Sue's faith that we have all the resources in ourselves and that she is always there to dip in and out when needed or feels the need to do so. I enjoyed the way each day began and ended with the subliminal messages that filtered throughout the day and on into the evening.” More…

“The setting was, for me, very conducive to learning. I particularly loved the 'informal' environment of Sue's house, which I belived aided my learning. The pace of the week was perfect; very relaxing, although I learned more in France than I did during my Practitioner course. The food was LOVELY.”

I have recently completed my NLP Master Practitioner programme with Sue Knight.
Prior to working with Sue I had understood that there was a structure to the way a person developed their knowledge and skills of NLP. Perhaps a more traditional route – so my original thinking was that the structure was NLP Practitioner – in a group of people all learning the skills and knowledge together, then a progression to NLP Master Practitioner, then Train the Trainer.
So for me to sign up to NLP Intensive in France kind of blew this traditional model out of the window – so to speak.
NLP Intensive with Sue Knight is designed to bring a group of individuals together for a whole variety of reasons and the theme of the event is NLP. So on the recent event I went to the group were a mixture of people who knew very little about NLP, some that knew a bit, others that had completed an NLP Practitioner programme and a number of others who were very skilled and knowledgeable about NLP and looking to become Train the Trainers. The mix was refreshing, energising and a real recipe for great learning. Sue is very skilled in the way she enables each person in the group to gain the learning they are after and need. I was able to gain what I was after and some! I learnt so much from all the people in the group. What level each of us was at on our learning journey became unnecessary and irrelevant.
In the true spirit of NLP the event challenged the norms, provided a unique way of learning and offered a model that really worked.

When I went back to work everyone commented how happy I looked and that when I talked about my experience on my course my passion for NLP was just so infectious. I enjoyed the Business Practitioner however the Master Practitioner has taken my understanding of NLP and its application to another level and increased my confidence in using it in all aspects of my life. As I said to my colleagues I wish they could all have an experience like I had last week.
