The Menu
This is the menu that we had on the 8 days from Tuesday 8th September to Tuesday 15th September 2009. Most of these dishes are extracted from various cookery books that I have and some from on-line sources. I am not the copyright holder and therefore I have not generally reproduced the recipes but instead provide a link to any sources that I have found on the web with additional notes where I varied the recipe in some way.
