India and in particular has become like a second home for me. I run programmes in India for nearly a third of the year and with many good reasons. India is one of the emerging centres of the world, the people there are passionate about learning and respect all forms of teaching. And India maintains its amazing spirituality through all this growth and change. It is rich in senses. I tend to believe that just to go there is to learn and change.

My programmes have a mix of delegates from India as well as from other parts of the world and this mix contributes to the learning about different cultures and how we can model and respect each individuals unique style.
Coaching is the essence of what I do whatever the context. I coach on a group scale when I am running open programmes in NLP, giving talks at conferences, writing about learning and change, and of course when I am working one to one with people who wish to unleash the truth of their excellence. I have a reputation for supporting people and companies to discover the unique powerful truth of who they really are.
