In the last month alone I have been asked

The list goes on, and even though I do run Trainer Training I realise that are some things that I have just taken for granted and am increasingly looking for ways to share some of these ‘secrets’ which by the way I owe to my exemplars like Gene Early, Frank Farrelly, David Grove, David Gordon, Barbara Witney and many more. So time to answer the questions a little more generically.
