Gail Lineham
My objectives in attending
- To model Sue's approach and style to learning/NLP
- To be the best I could be in terms of trainer/coach/facilitator
- To be fully present and tune in to needs more easily
- To step into me and continue my learning journey
- 100% achieved and more - could have left on Thursday and been really happy with experience and learning. Full and overflowing!
How would you rate the programme?
See the above and.............a personal and unique journey, intensive in terms of depth of each moment and the sharing of that experience with like minded people. Very in the moment, experiential, supportive and yet challenging. Quality of feedback especially from Sue (and Spence!) superb and spot on. Very encouraging and great fun.
The way Sue ran the programme
Personal, masterful, peaceful, insightful, warm, friendly, felt valued, special and encouraged – how you meet the needs of all individuals is so skilful – I am such a willing apprentice!
Any suggestions?
Thought the going out for lunch and modelling cooks was really helpful and added great value to the experience. I would have liked a debrief on what we had discovered to check in with the modelling process and find out what others had discovered – a useful learning experience for me.

Interestingly I was a bit put out in the beginning—who is this Spence and why is he involved/offering feedback! Little did I know that some of my greatest insights would come from such an integral part of the Sue Knight adventure… What a gift he is.
Our organisation
I am now running out of things to say. What a venue, homely, welcoming, comfortable and a home from home. Inspirational........ Really supported the whole learning experience.
Organisation - it was more haphazard that I would have expected and yet I enjoyed really having to make things happen for myself and being fully committed to ensure I got the result I wanted. Thank you for helping me with this lesson.
Where I stayed
La Porte Rouge…
Very lovely and just right for me. The accommodation, food, hosts and swimming pool were great. I was glad to have chosen this as I prefer a central location and it was worth paying that bit extra (65euros with no discount). I would rather have enjoyed a light meal on the Friday of arrival rather than a full 4 course meal. I thought I was getting a light meal and did not realise it was going to cost me 30euros. No big deal but thought helpful to mention.
And…
Ta very much for such a great experience. There must be millions of ripples floating out into the world as a result of enjoying a Sue Knight experience – now that’s what I call spotting a great opportunity
