Trainer Training

How would you rate the programme?

The programme was absolutely fantastic.

The core of NLP being excellence Sue provided an envoirment which supported that excellence all through. To me I was in the land of abundance of excellence where I found people who pass by me, smile at me, wished me Bonjour or Ça va, , spoke to me, touch me made me feel so blessed. I was fascinated all through by just how much I could model and how this modelling will help me become the person I want to be. I learnt how to be respectful to others and communicate in a way that the subject feels I can be confided and trusted. (Funny I thought I was good at it till I was challenged here). I thank some of co participants who me have a higher understanding of Hypnotic language, Clean language and find out my vision/mission " To Be"

The programme helped me evaluate and understand how I was doing currently as a trainer in my foundation program. And the most important learning was to always keep at process level and never the content particularly seeing Sue demonstrating in Time Lines. And this raised the bar for my learning for I was been selective in my training of process and content.

I was simply awed the way Colin brought about his excellence in providing us vegetarian dishes. I enjoyed all that he cooked food. Whether it was the main course or desserts or the biscuits every care was taken to make it special. Thank you very much Colin for your personal care and attention. I enjoyed being in your company and knowing you better. Thank you very much for the feedback you gave me - read to write.

The little girl from Vertillac (I wish I knew her name) who served me and my wife in very special way during the village festival dinner and she kept coming back - I learnt how to make someone feel special and cared and be a part of the celebrations.

And I would like to thank Jane & John from Pauliac whose timely help made this trip possible. I hold lots of memories about them and yes the excellence the couple holds to serve and make each of us feel at home. Albert and his wife - the next door farmer - who always held this big smile on his face and my first taste of home made "Pineau"

The trip to the village to have lunch and the weekly market.God can I stop writing... :-)

So is this NLP.yes to me this NLP, living and learning, loving, practicing and demonstrating what we are, what I am and that is so pure to me.

The way that Sue ran the programme

It was all about giving giving and giving to me.The program raised the bar for me to see and learn from Sue how majestically and gracefully she runs the workshop and that I learnt to model. Attracting people to what she offers and be a example of what she teaches I continued to be fascinated by her. She gave the space I wanted to do what I want and she did that for each of us in her own special way. Accepting things the way they are. making every participant feel comfortable in what they were doing and learning and that learning was the best for them. Gently nudging and giving feedback and not telling.

The organisation and the venue?

The venue you choose your home in rural France to me this was the land of paradise, nature at its best again I choose the word excellence. I felt inspired and motivated to start writing and yes I wrote my first blog. I felt that I would like to continue here.keep coming back here.to meet the ambassadors of God.some who teach NLP, some who cook for us delicious food, some who welcome us and made us feel vey special, some who gave their home and said it is yours too, some who cared loved and shared. Learn NLP in Paradise and Puy De Vignes is the venue.”
