I chose to join Sue Knight’s Trainer Training programme in Spring 2005 after attending her short workshop at the NLP Conference in November 2004. A decision for me based entirely upon Sue's facilitation style during the workshop - I wanted to have a similar impact and with NLP being all about modelling excellence asked Sue about joining Trainer Training there and then.
So, how do I use all that I have learnt? My role now is to be a facilitator of growth and development and I achieve this in three quite different ways. Firstly, by providing workshops and coaching, secondly as a pharmacist where I assist others to get the best from their health through appropriate use of medicines and thirdly as a foster carer – providing respite care, enabling families to enjoy staying together by offering rest and opportunity to appreciate their lives together.
