Hi, I’m Helen. I have a belief that life is an adventure, and I’m lucky to be involved in a wide variety of projects. I help people to make positive and effective changes. I work with individuals, teams and companies, typically when they are in a muddle, stuck in a rut or when they are looking for ways to raise their game. My role is to provide clarity and direction: I combine coaching, training and consulting to help them find creative and pragmatic solutions for themselves and their teams. And I am particularly passionate about helping women from all walks of life to realise their full potential. Find out more from my web site.

I’m Co-Chair of the UK Board of Trustees for Room to Read, a fabulous charity providing education to children in countries where there is a shocking lack of resources. We believe that world change starts with educated children and it is rewarding beyond measure to know we are intervening at an early stage in the lives of children to help instigate this change.

Personal time is important to me and I love family life. My favourite weekends are spent with my husband, Stephen, and our two boys Alexander and William, eating great food, seeing friends, getting out and about, and playing competitive games! My boys don’t rate my skills on the football field very highly, so to keep fit I take myself off for a run. Running clears my head, induces a natural feeling of freedom and reconnects me to the euphoria of life!

I met Sue in November 2003 when I first embarked on my NLP journey. She is a tremendous inspiration to me in my business and personal life, and we continue to have lots of fun while learning together.
