Hello, I’m Pat. If you call or email us I will probably be your first contact with our organisation. My job is to keep everything running as smoothly as possible and with the unexpected happening most weeks and courses to be managed, my days are always interesting.
I usually manage to meet all the delegates on the first day of the open courses and enjoy putting the faces to the names. Being a wife and mum, I love the flexibility of working from my personal office but it is also great to get out and meet people face to face.
I completed the NLP Business Practitioner course in 1994 and subsequently the Master Practitioner and am in the privileged position of being one of the first few to read Sue’s articles and books; so I’m very lucky to be able to learn as I work. My time away from the office is spent learning to draw and paint, making traditional patchwork quilts and catching up with friends.
I believe that outstanding customer service is at the heart of all great businesses and I hope you will find that that is what we provide. That is certainly my personal aim in the way that I support Sue's work.
